On this episode of the podcast, I talk with Coach Isaac Rodgers. Isaac and I dive into some of the exciting things that he is helping to implement at Limestone Strength. We talk about initial assessments and modifications for injured athletes, as well as some day to day KPI's they take and how they use that to drive day to day decisions in the weight room. We also talk about how we as strength coaches can use social media beneficially, as well as some of the downfalls for young coaches. We then move onto the importance of self development, and also considerations for athletes that have had to take extended periods of time off of training for whatever reason, and how to reintegrate them.
